Clown Happening #3 at the Peckham Festival
The Peckham Festival is running from the 15th – 17th, and we will be hosting Clown Skateboards for Happening #3. Here’s the lowdown from Clown:
Friday 15th of September
We team up with old friends Breakin Bread.
They are stepping up for a special with us at @brickbreweryse15 Tap Room in Peckham with a selection of Soul, Funk, Disco, Jazz, Latin, Breaks, Hip Hop from @skeg72 . Plus, expect some bangers from LickShot (our legendary club night from Plastic People) – yes, it is back.
Saturday 16th of September
We go UK & USA with the Clown Fam – IN ACTION CIC UK and @thecircusfamily USA.
USA – we see the NYC graffiti OG @albert_diaz1 and our print wizard Bryan joining forces to create new works and prints and conducting a workshop. Thanks @mohawkpaper for the paper
We also have @rapdillz doing a workshop on how to create your own merch.
Music served up by Earth’s Children (Krautrock jams), @simegezus w/ Slow Pace and Werewolves Connected Sense of Vibrations (on beats). Food is on hand from local Fam @apartmentpizzaalb
🤡, @schoolofskateuk and @clowninaction_cic join forces to provide free lessons and completes for young people (U16) from low-income families during the day (10 am – 5pm) at the @peckhamfestival / @copelandparkse
No qualifying process but we would very much like to help young people from families who are on the following:
- Universal Credit,
- Housing Benefits,
- Working and child tax credits,
- JSA, and
- Income Support.

From 6 pm on Sat 16th we are opening up the doors for a few beers and a mini ramp jam to celebrate the release of the @jake_martinelli11 capsule release
Clown run a free door policy for NICE PEOPLE
Sunday 17th September – Sunday School launch
Sunday we launch Sunday School with a little help from Clown. Will be running Skate Camp 10am – 3pm on Sundays.
Clown have given us 20 skateboards (RRP £100) to give away when you book this session on the 17th. You’ll set up your skateboard before we do some skating and workshops. You can read more here about the Sunday School launch.
