Team-building for Mastercard, Brand activation for Dr Martens, Live skating at the Design Museum
Brand activation, events and festivals
Brand Activation for Dr Martens, and helping The Design Museum host live skateboarding at an Exhibit. We have a track record of creating great experiences with the biggest names and brands.
We’ve arranged demonstrations and lessons at festivals, and ran holiday programmes for local authorities. Skateboarding is an activity that is a big draw at events. At these events we tend to run shorter 30 minute lessons so that more people can have a try.
We can provide our booking systems for participants to pre-book at an extra charge, or participants can join on the day.
Team building and corporate away days
When Team building for Mastercard, we knew that skateboarding is great for mental health and wellbeing, and it’s also a great way of getting a group together to bond.
In our regular classes our coaches use hands on support to help students to progress.
In our team building classes we go one step further. We’ve developed exercises where we show coworkers how to provide the support to each other, so that they can progress, sharing in each others’ successes, to build an enduring rapport, that they will take through to future working days.
Where can you have your event?
At our venue
We have an indoor facility at our site in Copeland Park, in Peckham of around 2000sqft. We have a skatepark downstairs and a mezzanine of around 400sqft. The mezzanine can be hired independently of the skatepark and vice versa.
At the local skatepark
Public skateparks are an option. We will help you find a suitable time to run your event which won’t affect the locals.
Other private skateparks are also an option. There are several around London, like Hop Kingdom and Skaterham.
At your venue
If you have a venue the floor will need to be smooth enough to skate on. We can bring our equipment to your venue for an extra charge. We can bring portable ramps, or we can engage our partners at KingRamps.co.uk to provide larger ramps.
