Where to start skateboarding

The single biggest barrier to learning to skateboard is in getting a fit-for-purpose skateboard.

Then you need to understand how it works, and how to adjust it for you, because we are all different.

Whilst we have all of our learning material available online for free, you can learn, track and test your skateboarding skills with our online account. The online account provides some extra features for your learning journey, like:

We have two levels at skate school. Beginner and Progressing. You will need to complete the Beginner skills programme to join the Progressing group.

We have a grading programme which you will need to pass to join the progressing group.

These are the skills you will learn in the beginner lesson.

These are the skills you learn in the progressing lessons.

When you have learnt all of the beginner skills you can do your grading which will allow you to come to the progressing lessons.
